Power Camp! Is a boot camp mix of HIIT, strength and plyometrics that is focused on building strength, increasing endurance and improving stamina. Every workout is different, a challenge and has a fun factor in an effort to constantly mix up the muscles , ban plateaus and keep participants focused and engaged. Boot Camp utilizes a variety of equipment from medicine balls, TRX, BOSU, free weights, bars, gliders, battle ropes, bodyweight, bands and more. The unique group fitness setting cultivates a community of support, motivation and accountability to help reach personal bests and conquer unimaginable goals. After every killer Boot Camp workout , participants will feel better, faster and stronger !
