What is POWER CAMP?
Power Camp! Is a boot camp mix of HIIT, strength and plyometrics that is focused on building strength, increasing endurance and improving stamina. Every workout is different, a challenge and has a fun factor in an effort to constantly mix up the muscles , ban plateaus and keep participants focused and engaged. The unique group fitness setting cultivates a community of support, motivation and accountability to help reach personal bests and conquer unimaginable goals. After every killer Boot Camp workout, members will feel better, faster & stronger!
