Liz has been in the fitness industry for over 14 years and has loved every minute of it. She has a BS of Health Science, AFAA Group Fitness Certification, and holds multiple specialty certifications (High Fitness, TRX, Schwinn, Turbo Kick and YogaFIT are a few). Liz has taught almost every group fitness format created from HIGH Fitness, Power Yoga, Pilates, Spin, Barre, TurboKick, Zumba,Tabata, HIIT, Ampd and Strength Classes. In addition to being a group fitness instructor, she has worked in a variety of areas in the fitness field-  as the director of corporate wellness for American Express, personal trainer, presenter for health and wellness seminars and is a GURU Master Trainer for HIGH Fitness. Liz has a huge passion for fitness and loves being able to connect and help make lifelong lifestyle changes with her clients. She created POJO Fitness 10 years ago as a way for others to be able to train with her virtually and to connect with more people. Liz has several online training and macro coaching programs that all follow her POJO POWER METHOD. She has developed these online programs for clients to be able to do them anywhere and to be able to get a fantastic workout plus see incredible results. She is the master of macros and loves educating her virtual clients. She is a busy mom of 3 (twins!) with lots of energy, a vast knowledge in the health and wellness field and lover of all things bright.
