I will work with you via an app that is synced up with My Fitness Pal and I will look each week at what you are eating, your movement, workouts and other body biometrics to assess what is best for each client.
In addition to weekly check ins, you will also receive a Macros 101 guide that is a guide for all things macros which includes: 3 day sample meal plan, shopping lists, eating out guides, tons of recipes, basic knowledge and education on macros, pre and post workout nutrition and so much more to help you feel successful and confident.
