Pojo Power Camps is a 10 week Strength and Conditioning program for women. We focus on functional training movements, core work, mobility and cardio to create a well rounded workout for women. Every power camp workout is unique, fun and different with the goal to increase strength, build stamina, and increase endurance. A bonus?
